Cruising to Barbados Via Cruz St. John
For numerous days we sailed throught the Virgin Islands on the Rebel Runner, a forty-foot sea sailing boat. I was part of the team that sailed it from Halifax, Nova Scotia, to Tortola. It got on my means to Barbados.
We found our way to Cruz, the capital of Saint John, and walked the dizzy streets of a forgoten town. It had lots of hippies hanging around in the vibrant Caribbean bars where food and booze flowed easily with gossip and instant fiendship.
